Glynis has helped me so much during my journey.  I was very nervous about dieting but she made me feel at ease straight away and was so welcoming and nice.  She has a fantastic way of motivating me even when I wanted to give up - she knows exactly what to say and when to say it.  She is great fun and is clearly so passionate about helping others that this shines through.  I haven't had another Consultant but I bet you anything she is the best in the area.  She's amazing.

I love Glynis - she is brilliant!  She is amazing at what she does and knowing that she has gone through everything that I am going through makes me feel that she really understands.  She is so much fun and so bubbly that sometimes I think that she gets more excited by my weight loss than I do!  She is there for me all hours of the day - and she has even replied when I was having a wobble at midnight.  She is so passionate about the diet and she has helped me SO much.

Since my Rugby injury I haven't been interested in exercise and with that I slowly piled on the weight. I was having takeaways most nights washed down with beer.  Then I found Glam Glyn through a friend who used her.  She has changed my outlook on food and nutrition totally.  I am now nearly at my target weight thanks to her and I am now really looking forward to my wedding which I was dreading.  She is so good at keeping me on track - I honestly couldn't have done it without her.  She is worth her weight in gold.
