Hi I'm Rachael

My Story is as follows...

 I went from young free and single , to being married with 2 beautitful bouncing boys, and this was all my dreams come true....HOWEVER

What  grew alongside these life events was my weight.

Within no time at all, somehow my weight had crept up. I made the excuse of its just my mum weight, it will go away, but it didnt.

I decided it was time to do somthing about it, I already knew about the 1:1 Diet as my dad has lost 4 stone on it. I found my local consultant and started on plan.

My first week on step 2 I lost 7lb and I felt great, all of a sudden I was in control of my weight, within 2 months I lost 2 stone.

Within this time I moved up the  steps,  so by the end of my time on plan I was maintaining my weight with a new insight of my food and water intake.

whilst on plan I found the products tasty and so much variety.

 from pasta to curry, to shakes, smoothies and soups and not forgetting the bars !!

I told all my friends it was like I'd had a factory reset.

 I wasnt chasing the sugary fixes, or just graping endless snacks or picking at the boys leftovers meals.

I was now aware of what I was eating. 

3 years down the track I've maintained, and not goneback  to the weight that I was.

In lockdown I did couch to 5k (which I would NEVER of dreamt about) and now I run for fun, crazy I know!!!! 

Looking back I didn't realise how stuck both mentally and physically my weight had made me.

Starting on the 1:1 Diet was honesly the best decision, it's changed my life!
