Ultimately, whatever your reasons for being overweight, I will help to set you straight. I struggled for over 30 years as an over-eater, emotional eater and binge eater. I never in a million years thought I'd lose the weight I have, and certainly not still be slim 6 years later. So often, we're stuck in the weightloss spiral for so long we don't ever think we'll succeed, let alone get to maintaining. But I know how to help you now, and look beyond that towards a future you can achieve.

You will need to put in the work, be accountable and take responsiblity. And you will need to make enough lifestyle changes to be successful, but it doesn't have to be radical, or all at once. And I'll help you. By the time you've reached your goal weight, you won't even notice all those small changes - they'll just be part of your everyday.  I'm not saying it's easy. It can be tough, but that's what I'm here for. Having someone who understands the plan and process 100% at a personal and professional level really helps.
