I would love to help you make your dreams become a reality. How often do you think, "I wish I could just shift this weight?". I often had that Dream and then I decided to Dare myself to do something, and I Did it, I lost 7.5 stone*!

My Story

I suffered with high blood pressure, my knees hurt all the time and I had a Hiatus Hernia, that the surgeon would not repair as I was too high risk because of my weight. My eldest daughter announced her engagement, and wanted to get married the following year, and my younger daughter would be graduating from university as well. What was I going to do? I had tried everything and was miserable deep down inside.

Then I came across CWP I have not looked back!. I am maintaining to this day because of the support I receive. Since losing weight I have had my Hernia operation, no longer take blood pressure tablets, I wore the clothes of my dreams to my daughters wedding and graduations, I have been in a helicopter and when flying abroad I fitted into the seat and had to pull the seatbelt tight!. I am now setting new goals and dreams all the time!
