Hi, I'm Chloe!

A message from Chloe.

Welcome to my Webpage, this is my story;

Throughout my teenage years and into adulthood, my weight had been my biggest problem and fear. My severe lack of portion control and the inability to stop my hand reaching for another piece was what pushed me over the edge and I found myself weighing the most I had weighed at 17 stone 4 pounds. I had been dieting on and off from the age of 16-22 and I just wouldn’t let myself get to where I wanted to be. I was my own obstacle.

So I said to myself “This will be the last time I diet”, and I was right. I lost 7 stone* and have been maintaining ever since. The 1:1 Diet by Cambridge Weight Plan has given me the opportunity to rediscover my confidence and replace the self respect I had lost from my weight gain(s).

Whatever reason you have for wanting to lose weight, I want to help you get there. I will motivate and support each step of the way, to get where you want to be. 

Now as a consultant, I share my broad and diverse range of knowledge to help my clients on their own journey to their desired goals. Besides my knowledge, I have lots of incentives, tips and ways to help you through your journey. 

When it comes to my clients, I try my upmost to help them through their journeys. Whether they need an extra encouraging message and last minute arranged mobile appointments or even extra time to meet up to discuss how they are getting on once they’ve reached target.

"My weight problem started about 18 years ago, I thought nothing of it then as at that age I didn’t think it was a problem . As the years went on I continued to put on weight until 10 years ago I had a heart attack, I was weighing in just below 18 stone. This opened up my eyes, after my time in hospital having stents fitted and being told how close I was to not being here it was time to change. I went onto a strict healthy eating diet accompanied by lots of walking. This took me down to 13 stone very quickly, too quickly some would say. I kept my weight down for about a year and a half, this was until the fright of the attack had worn off so it was back to smoking, drinking and eating. So again, for the next 7 or so years, the weight piled on again. Here I was, back to the same weight again of just under 18 stone. I was tired, had no interest in my normal daily activities and felt unfit. It was just time to change for the fear of another attack or becoming diabetic. I tried for about a year to get my weight down but it was slow. I was close to saying sod it and what would be would be. Then a few of my friends were using the Cambridge diet (Now the 1:1 Diet by Cambridge Weight Plan) and I could see massive differences in them. For some it was and ideal diet and others just couldn’t keep it up. I decided I was going to try this, I had a friend who was a consultant but she was south. So I found a few in shetland and it was down to me to choose. I chose Chloe as like me she was a biker so there was something in common from the start. I was at 17 stone 3 when I went to see Chloe and I have never looked back. My target was 13 stone and I did that well with the encouragement of, in my book, a fantastic consultant Chloe. With also the help of my wonderful wife who prepared my calorie controlled meals for the day, This support with my food and the moral support along with my consultant kept me going. I have been under 13 stone for a while now. In fact I am at 12 stone 7, I’m keeping my weight easily with the help of my treadmill and the energy I have now I will never going back to how I was again. Thank you for my new life."

"1st of June 2020 I contacted Chloe about starting my 1:1 journey with a lot of emotions attached. I was, in my eyes, badly in need of help to lose weight and begin a healthier lifestyle. I was nervous and excited at the same time to get my journey underway under the watchful eye of Chloe. I had heard positive words about not only the 1:1 but also of the consultant herself. After a few messages, myself and Chloe had our first video call (Covid put a block on an actual meet) and I knew straight away it was for me. Chloe made me lose my nervous feeling within 1 minute of the conversation and I cant thank her enough for that. After explaining everything there was to know about the 1:1 I decided to go ahead with it and order my products for the step I was starting on. My starting weight was 15st 12lbs and my target weight was 12st 7lbs, so a significant loss was ahead of me but with Chloes backing, I knew it was possible. Day 1 started on the 8th of June and by the end of week 1 I was 1st down. I was utterly shocked whilst proud. I never once referred to this as a diet, I always said it was a lifestyle change. I dont think the 1:1 gets the credit it deserves. As the weeks went on my target weight was closer and closer. It wasn’t easy but my weekly chats with Chloe got me through it. Her attitude towards me was never ever anything other than supportive and caring, even when I had off days. I reached target weight on the 19th of August and it was one of the biggest and best feelings I’ve ever experienced. To share it with Chloe was the best part. I could not of done this without her support, her pick me ups and positive vibes. I also recieved some very generous gifts from Chloe which was overwhelming, I actually shed a tear at the card I recieved alongside the gifts. Thank you Chloe, you’ve changed my life ??"

How’s this different to other diet plans?
