On June 1st 2017 I met with Karen in her home ready to start my weightloss journey.  Karen always encouraged, weighed, measured and introduced me to new products. Every week the results made giving up my crisps and takeaways so worthwhile.  I am now over 4 stone* lighter and so happy.  Karen's voice and smile stayed in my head all week and I wanted to do well for her as well as me.  Karen is kind, patient and I know she understands how difficult life can be when you are overweight and what a pleasure life is now.
