My story is just this - 12 WEEKS*, 2 DRESS SIZES and A NEW ME!
All it took was 12 weeks* to get my shape and life back. As I tried to juggle family commitments and work, the one thing that took a back seat was my health and fitness. The pounds slowly crept up, while I was still struggling with my post pregnancy weight. The excess weight I was carrying seriously compromised my lifestyle. Playing with the kids in the park felt like a tiresome affair. Shopping wasn’t any fun either with most of the styles that I fancied sitting awkwardly on my body. The fact that both my parents were Type 2 Diabetic was always worrying me as I thought it was my turn next.
I tried various diets but ended up with hunger pangs and headaches and no results. I started Cambridge Weight Plan on a friend’s recommendation and for the first- time experienced real weight loss, that was VISIBLE, QUICK, SAFE and EFFECTIVE! This was easily the best health insurance I got myself.
Having a Consultant who was always there to guide and support me meant that I was not on my own. I felt energetic and very positive about myself and my body. Whatever your motivation, losing unwanted weight can be life transforming in many ways.
After achieving my weight loss goal and successfully maintaining it for 3 years, I have gone on to help many more who struggled with weight loss. How do I find the right Consultant?
When you put in your postcode, you’ll see all the Consultants nearest you. Don’t worry if they’re not on your doorstep – lots of our Consultants are happy to come to you. Take a look at their profile and read what the dieters they have helped so far say – that should help you find someone on your wavelength. If you want to find out more before making an appointment, you can call, text or drop them an email.
How often will I need to see my Consultant?
You’ll typically see your Consultant once a week for a weigh in and catch up, but you will have their phone number and you may get regular calls or texts from them in between appointments. A lot of our Consultants use Facebook, Twitter and Instagram to keep in touch with their dieters too. They’re there to support you, so make sure you lean on them when the going gets tough - as it sometimes will. They’ll know exactly how to keep you on track.
How’s this different to other diet plans?
The 1:1 Diet is a lot more flexible than other weight-loss plans and it’s the ONLY one that gives you dedicated, one-to-one support from your own personal diet Consultant. That means your diet is designed for you, and only you. Together with your Consultant, you’ll work out an easy-to-follow eating plan that fits with your routine and gets you the results you want.
