A wee bit about me & my weight gain and weight loss journey....I can honestly say this is the easiest diet I had ever tried. I looked forward to weigh day and seeing those numbers drop every week, there was never a dread had I got away with that chippy after group weigh in last week!!

I didnt feel the  need to cheat, as I had so many products to choose from.The structure of packs helped and I knew exactly what I needed throughout the day. In the first month I lost 1 stone  and the losses every week was the motivation I needed to get to my goal weight and a healthy BMI, I dropped from a size 22 and comfortably wear a size 10 now
