Hi, my name is Maggie and my daughter Kate and I are Cambridge Weight Plan Consultants. We have both lost significant amounts of weight on the Cambridge Weight Plan with my daughter losing just over three stone* and myself losing five and a half stone*. The programme has not only enabled us to lose weight but it has boosted our confidence massively and changed our lifestyles so that we can lead happy and healthy lives.
Kate and I are based in Clanfield where we have a dedicated room for your appointment. However if this is not convenient, we also provide a mobile service where we visit you at your home. We will see you individually so that the focus is solely on you and we will work together towards you achieving your goals. We are available for appointments on the weekends and most weekdays (Thursdays and Fridays are limited to evening appointments only).
My journey with Cambridge Weight Plan started when a family member lost a considerable amount of weight following the programme - I returned from holiday not recognising her. After looking through my holiday photos I decided that I needed to try the Cambridge Weight Plan. I was sceptical at first and thought I would ‘fall of the wagon’ as I had done with nearly every diet I had previously tried, however I stuck to the plan, lost weight fast and saw the results I needed to see to spur me on and achieve my goal.
My journey also started when I saw our family member transform after following this programme. I had left university after graduating and when I returned home I realised how much weight I had gained. After talking to my mum about my weight gain, she said that she was going to try the Cambridge Weight Plan, so I thought I would give it a go as well so that we could support and encourage each other. I actually enjoyed eating the various products on offer and I achieved my goal just in time for my graduation ceremony (and the pictures!).

How do I find the right Consultant?
When you put in your postcode, you’ll see all the Consultants nearest you. Don’t worry if they’re not on your doorstep – lots of our Consultants are happy to come to you. Take a look at their profile and read what the dieters they have helped so far say – that should help you find someone on your wavelength. If you want to find out more before making an appointment, you can call, text or drop them an email.
How often will I need to see my Consultant?
You’ll typically see your Consultant once a week for a weigh in and catch up, but you will have their phone number and you may get regular calls or texts from them in between appointments. A lot of our Consultants use Facebook, Twitter and Instagram to keep in touch with their dieters too. They’re there to support you, so make sure you lean on them when the going gets tough - as it sometimes will. They’ll know exactly how to keep you on track.
How’s this different to other diet plans?
The 1:1 Diet is a lot more flexible than other weight-loss plans and it’s the ONLY one that gives you dedicated, one-to-one support from your own personal diet Consultant. That means your diet is designed for you, and only you. Together with your Consultant, you’ll work out an easy-to-follow eating plan that fits with your routine and gets you the results you want.
