Making that Decision

Hello, my name is Julia and welcome to my profile.

I am an established and experienced Consultant with advanced training, and real life experience of The 1:1 Diet and how it works. I am office based at home in Clayton, Newcastle under Lyme, Staffordshire.

After years of yo-yo dieting, fad diets and every gimmick you could think of, I was at an all time low. I was desperate to lose weight before my holidays and wanted something simple and quick and easy to achieve. A friend recommended Cambridge Weight Plan, to which I was a little apprehensive at the thought of just shakes and the myth of putting it all back on. However, this is not the case, there is a wide variety to choose from and the plans are so easy to follow, combined with conventional food if preferred and follow the steps properly and you'll never look back.

I achieved my goal and more in approximately 10 weeks and I have maintained now for almost 4 years, giving me back my confidence and re-educating my eating habits.

I now want to be able to pass my support to others throughout their personal journey. I pride myself on helping, understanding, encouraging and motivating you every step of the way.

I will meet with you on a weekly basis on a one to one session from my office at home. Male or female, small weight loss or more, I am here to help, guide and support you, and keep you focused in achieving your goal!

I offer continued weigh in once you have achieved your weight loss in order to support you and ensure you maintain your lifestyle change.

FAQs

How do I find the right Consultant?

When you put in your postcode, you’ll see all the Consultants nearest you. Don’t worry if they’re not on your doorstep – lots of our Consultants are happy to come to you. Take a look at their profile and read what the dieters they have helped so far say – that should help you find someone on your wavelength. If you want to find out more before making an appointment, you can call, text or drop them an email.

How often will I need to see my Consultant?

You’ll typically see your Consultant once a week for a weigh in and catch up, but you will have their phone number and you may get regular calls or texts from them in between appointments. A lot of our Consultants use Facebook, Twitter and Instagram to keep in touch with their dieters too. They’re there to support you, so make sure you lean on them when the going gets tough - as it sometimes will. They’ll know exactly how to keep you on track.

How’s this different to other diet plans?

The 1:1 Diet is a lot more flexible than other weight-loss plans and it’s the ONLY one that gives you dedicated, one-to-one support from your own personal diet Consultant. That means your diet is designed for you, and only you. Together with your Consultant, you’ll work out an easy-to-follow eating plan that fits with your routine and gets you the results you want.
