 I gained my weight after giving birth to my beautiful daughter  I became so unhappy, I would avoid social gatherings and having my picture taken. My clothes no longer fitted me. I didn't like the person I saw when I looked in the mirror and I knew something had to change.

I tried various diets in the past and exercise but nothing seemed to work.
