After pregnancy I was a size 18-20 and now I'm a confident size 10/12

I am now a  mother of two young children and being pregnant both times I used this as a complete excuse to eat what ever I desired which apart from my body changing naturally I gained a whopping 5 dress sizes with my first and 2 sizes with my second. After giving birth I was shockingly still a size 18- 20- to my horror! Throughout my pregnancies and beyond I wore lose fitting clothes and was in complete denial.

After trying and failing on several well known diets throughout early 2014 I was at my wits end being so desperate to lose it. I remember my mother used Cambridge and it worked very well for her a few years ago so I thought I'd give it a go! I started March 2014 Now here I am size 10/12 and brimming with confidence; another success story.

After i had my daughter- my second pregnancy, i had gained weight and was 3 dress sizes larger so after 3 months i returned to using plan and the weight came off safely and efficiently and now i am the happiest I've ever felt in myself regarding my weight. 

I've almost lost all my baby weight and have gone on to join the Cambridge Weight Plan as a member of an award winning team.

I would like to be a part of your journey in helping you to dream, believe and achieve it- just as I did. Losing weight is hard and being overweight is also hard but with my  1-2-1 support,  guidance, and encouragement i will help you every step of the way. 

As a mother I offer flexible day time,  evening and also some weekend appointments to work around my childrens' care either at your home or mine.

How do I find the right Consultant?

When you put in your postcode, you’ll see all the Consultants nearest you. Don’t worry if they’re not on your doorstep – lots of our Consultants are happy to come to you. Take a look at their profile and read what the dieters they have helped so far say – that should help you find someone on your wavelength. If you want to find out more before making an appointment, you can call, text or drop them an email.

How often will I need to see my Consultant?

You’ll typically see your Consultant once a week for a weigh in and catch up, but you will have their phone number and you may get regular calls or texts from them in between appointments. A lot of our Consultants use Facebook, Twitter and Instagram to keep in touch with their dieters too. They’re there to support you, so make sure you lean on them when the going gets tough - as it sometimes will. They’ll know exactly how to keep you on track.

How’s this different to other diet plans?

The 1:1 Diet is a lot more flexible than other weight-loss plans and it’s the ONLY one that gives you dedicated, one-to-one support from your own personal diet Consultant. That means your diet is designed for you, and only you. Together with your Consultant, you’ll work out an easy-to-follow eating plan that fits with your routine and gets you the results you want.
