Losing weight is very personal. I will support your weight loss journey coaching and mentoring you to reach the weight you want to be. Once you are happy with your weight I can offer you complimentary monthly maintenance consultations (including a weigh-in) to help you with food choices to keep your weight off for life.

I am based near Wembley in a quiet road where parking is easy.  I offer confidential flexible daytime and evening appointments including early morning and evening.

I believe investing time in you is vital to help you change the way you behave around food.

To get the maximum benefits you should allow up to an hour for your initial consultation, thereafter allow up to 30 minutes for your weekly follow up consultations.

The flexible consultations, including my commitment to you are included in the price of your products. The cost of your food is the price you pay.

Like a lot of people I have experienced many diets wearing a dress size 32.   Nothing shifted more than a few pounds and I would be back up again getting larger each year.
