Some weeks I found it easy, some I found it a struggle to follow the plan but I knew that I always had Haley on the end of the phone and face to face meetings each week where I would receive encouragement, praise and understanding that would get me through the next week.  She doesn't pass judgement and if you’ve had a bad week she gets you back on track with advice that is relevant to your lifestyle.  I would definitely recommend giving it a try, I was so pleased with the results.

I had been diagnosed with high blood pressure and pre-diabetic. I had noticed the weight was piling on, especially round the middle, but to be told my body was struggling at 40, that was hard.My Mum told me about an experiment about VLCD diets. It could reverse Diabete. decision made I called Haley, she set me up on plan.7 weeks later I had another assesment, my initial sugar reading was 45 it had gone down to 36 a normal result.I would totally recommend CWP to anyone and the 1:1 weekly weigh in is another added bonus.
