A big hello from me, and welcome to The 1:1 Diet. You are in the right place to lose weight and I would love to help you.  

How can I help?

Like you, I was looking to lose weight. I had tried every diet out there and was always left frustrated with the results. A friend suggested The 1:1 Diet by Cambridge Weight Plan 10 years ago, and thankfully I took her advice. 

Finally, I had found a diet that worked for me; flexible and effective. I lost 3 stone and 3 dress sizes in 12 weeks. Through re-educating myself with the plan, I have maintained that weight loss for 10 years! No more battling with yo-yo dieting. 

In addition to feeling so much more confident and comfortable, the energy I felt was just as welcome. I told everyone! I wanted to help them too! So it seemed completely the right decision for me to become a Consultant -  my enthusiasm for this diet forever increasing having seen how peoples lives it has changed!
