I understand how being overweight can make you feel. I have PCOS, which makes it harder to lose weight. I have tried many diets, I would go to slimming classes and lose a pound and put it back on the following week, never getting anywhere. Cambridge Weight Plan is the only diet that worked for me. I have 7 years of experience as a Cambridge Weight Plan Consultant.
I offer one-to one support in private, no lining up to be weighed in a hall full of people.
