 Hi, My name is Josie and I would personally love to help you to reach your individual weight loss goal.

I am an established and experienced Consultant who is part of an multi award winning team.

I work from centres in Congleton and Packmoor and also mobile visits if required .

I am a busy mother of two who thought I did not have enough time to lose weight or get back the body I was once happy with. I had tried everything, and what seemed like every diet and fad on the market, and was at an all time low. I noticed a friend of mine was losing weight , looking great and regaining her confidence. She told me that she had been following Cambridge Weight Plan, so I decided to give it a go as my last ditch attempt. Wow ! I'm so glad that I did.

I have chosen to devote my time and career now, to being a full-time Independent Cambridge Weight Plan Consultant.

Now that's enough about me, let me tell you what I can do for you. Let me help you to reach your goal, whatever that may be. Whether it's to get into your summer bikini or shorts, or a longer term goal of fitting into your Christmas outfit for the dreaded works do.

I will meet with you on a weekly basis to help guide and coach you, and keep you focused to achieve the achievable. I will meet you in a one to one session, No consulation or group fee, No more talking and comparing with people you don't know, sitting for hours, listening to why someone has only lost 1lb in the last twelve weeks. I will try to fit around your needs and commitments, and I will do my very best to help you lose weight for good.I also offer private support groups to meet your individual needs.
