I really value the one-to-one meetings we have to discuss my weight loss, review targets and set future plans.  I could not have achieved my weight loss without Maureen’s help and support – I would recommend her to anyone who is struggling to lose weight - Thank you! :-)

Maureen was really kind and totally understood how difficult it is to lose weight when you have a busy life style. She supported me through the ups and downs and helped to keep me motivated.  Previous weight loss atempts involved attending a group, taking hours of my time, queing and waiting for a talk, which some of the time was not at all relevant for me.  Maureen's style and approach really was invaluable - i  cannot thank you enough :-)

I was struggling to get into size 18's and hugely unhealthy. I had completely lost my confidence and sense of self-worth.  Maureen was friendly, approachable and hugely knowledgeable. She made me feel like I could achieve my goals.  I enjoyed following the plan. Maureen provided help, advice, guidance and motivation throughout.  I am now size 10/12. I have a new job based around exercise (which I would never have applied for before) but most importantly I have found myself again.
