I have been helping people achieve life-changing weight loss since 2004 and feel as passionate about my role now as I did then. Having personally lost 3 stones in 3 months* with The 1:1 Diet by Cambridge Weight Plan I completely understand the challenges we face in losing weight and then, keeping it off! Life gets in the way and often food is our mechanism for coping! This is where I come in. My role is to provide you with motivation, advice and support throughout your journey.

I offer FREE and NO OBLIGATION 1:1 consultations at my clinic or, at your home where we will discuss your weight loss goals and then consider which of our fabulous range of programmes best suits your needs. We have such a broad range of programmes available that even if your circumstances change, I know we will have the right programme for you. At our initial consultation I will also check your medical history to ensure you The 1:1 Diet by Cambridge Weight Plan is right for you medically.
