MY  WEIGHT LOSS JOURNEY

Being overweight had a major effect on me. When I got married and had children I became too busy to look after myself and my weight spiraled out of control. I was miserable, lacked energy/zest for life and made every excuse under the sun not to socialise. I started to hide away, my bubbly personality was diminishing and I lived in my tracksuit and pyjama's, this in turn was impacting on my home life as my moods were always up and down due to the extra weight I was carrying. My unhealthy choices were controlling me. Now my confidence, health and wellbeing has increased ten fold.

Whatever your reasons for losing weight be it health reasons or weight loss a step programme is tailored for you.
