We understand everyone’s commitments are different so we are as flexible as possible. Our role is to make your journey as easy as can be. Susan’s Background

I have now followed the 1:1 diet 3 times to loose a substantial amount of weight. Firstly for our wedding in 2010 loosing 4 stone – which I maintained for 9 years. Secondly in 2019, loosing 1.5 stone after our First son. And lastly in 2021 during Covid I lost 4 stone after our second son (video shows my jourey). Life isn’t always straight forward. It’s a road which can sometimes be bumpy and our weight can reflect that. If I can do this so can you.

Andy’s Background

Having played rugby through High school and University I spent most of my younger years 17.5 stone of muscle. Meeting Susan and getting comfortable in our relationship, along with a busy sales job, I found 17.5 stone of muscle quickly turning to fat. Because of its convenience, The 1:1 was perfect for me. I could grab a product on the go and not have to think. The fat literally melted away and I quickly felt more like my younger and fitter self.
