I have been a 1:1 Diet Consultant since 2011.

Back in January 2011 I had really struggled to lose fat  after having my children. Despite my effort’s in the gym and healthy eating my weight was not significantly decreasing.Then I discovered the 1:1 Diet by Cambridge Weight Plan and it all changed.  I lost body fat safely by following the plan and got back on with enjoying my life and even appeared in THE DAILY MAIL www.dailymail.co.uk/femail/article-2074334 and the CAMBRIDGE SLIMMER YEARBOOK. 
 
After years of maintaining we arrive in the dreadful year of 2020 .In August of that year I faced up to the fact that during the lockdown I had gained weight. I had been eating a bit too much homebaking , evening crisps and wine in front of the telly !!  My home workout or one hour of outdoor exercise each day had not been able to combat my increasing waist  line ..then one  day out of the blue something clicked . I decided I needed to take action and take  a dose of my own medicine and get back on plan . I was able to follow plan again 100% and within a few weeks was back to a much healthier version of me . The current images I have shared here on this page are of me at the start and end of this fat  loss phase .

Chosing to use the 1:1 Diet by Cambridge Weight Plan  will enable you to easily create a calorie deficit each day which will enable you to lose fat . There is a meal replacement step on the plan to suit anyone , the plan also enables the individual to adopt a healthier lifestyle choice for the long term by incorporating healthier  food choices and portion control .

How do I find the right Consultant?

When you put in your postcode, you’ll see all the Consultants nearest you. Don’t worry if they’re not on your doorstep – lots of our Consultants are happy to come to you. Take a look at their profile and read what the dieters they have helped so far say – that should help you find someone on your wavelength. If you want to find out more before making an appointment, you can call, text or drop them an email.

How’s this different to other diet plans?

The 1:1 Diet is a lot more flexible than other weight-loss plans and it’s the ONLY one that gives you dedicated, one-to-one support from your own personal diet Consultant. That means your diet is designed for you, and only you. Together with your Consultant, you’ll work out an easy-to-follow eating plan that fits with your routine and gets you the results you want.
