A little about me...

I have always struggled with my weight over the years, but after the birth of my first child I found the extra weight even harder to shift. With my wedding looming, it gave me the push I needed to do something about it. A friend of mine recommended Cambridge Weight Plan and after a great weight loss in my first week, I can honestly say I never looked back.

I felt so strongly about this amazing plan that I became a Consultant so I could help other people become the slimmer, more confident versions of themselves.

Over the years I had tried every diet known to man but The 1:1 Diet was the only one that really worked for me.

It gave me fast results, which is so important when you feel you have a mountain to climb, and long-term it is sustainable and flexible. This is a diet you can use to maintain your weight.
