Local & UK Wide Consultant

Hi, I'm Cathy an advanced trained Consultant with The 1:1 Diet by Cambridge Weight Plan. I've been Consulting full time for over 13 years now and have helped hundreds of clients achieve their weightloss goals. My husband Alan, has recently joined me as a silent (for now) Consultant. My office is in Chadderton (OL9 0JY) above Snippers Barber shop. From there I see my clients privately on a 1:1 basis, no group weigh ins!

Don't want face 2 face appointments? Not a problem! I can arrange delivery straight to your home and support you virtually throughout your weight loss journey.

My Story

After the birth of my youngest child, my weight began to creep up. Changes in routine contributed to my unhealthy lifestyle. Life got in the way and I didn't take care of myself as well as I should have done.

In time, I tried the usual, common diets but with no success in the long term. I wasn't a fan of group meetings and weighing in front of strangers. The lack of privacy made it all feel very unpersonable. I needed something different where I didn't feel like just another number.

When I discovered The 1:1 Diet by Cambridge Weight Plan everything changed!! Having that weekly one2one meeting with my own Consultant made such a difference. Everything felt personal as it was tailored to my needs not just any sheep in the flock!

I quickly shrank from a size 20/22 to a size 8/10. Losing 7 stone in just 12 months! I now maintain at a 5 stone loss and a comfortable size 14. Seeing those fab results and knowing that my full nutritional needs were being met really spurred me on! I started to enjoy being 'me' again!
