Now restrictions have finally been lifted its a new begining and YOURS STARTS RIGHT NOW. For some of us change is really hard, I know, it took me a long time to adapt to changes but looking back I cant imagine what all the fuss was about. It takes only a moment to make a dicision but that moment can change your whole life. Make your decision now.This is all about YOU.  With that in mind I now offer 

  • Virtual appointments for those that can't make weekly face to face weigh ins. 
  • I do no contact, door to door home deliveries  for dieters.
  • I am home based for face to face consultations by appointments
  • I am always on the end of the phone to give that all important support if times get low.
  • Moving forward, I will continue to give 100% support always.

I am here for you even after you get to goal. . Support is my number one priority because you are what makes our job worthwhile. Thats why we are called the One to One diet. A name that reflects what we do best, gives you the one to one support..

Looking back at when I went on my original weight loss journey in May 2010 I had amazing support. My health was being effected. but it wasn't untill I was presented with a photo by my sister that I realised just how bad things had got. The very same day I got stuck in a chair at the hairdresers and it took 2 assistants to prise me out. I decided then,enough was enough. At over 20 stone and a size 28 I couldn't take it any more. A friend at work was on plan and put me in touch with her consultant and I started that week. I traveled an hour to my appointments but by Christmas I had lost 7 stone. I am so proud of my achievement that I show everyone the picture my sister gave me now without embarrassment. My journey however, didn't stop there. I put mysf back on plan in January this year as I wanted to get my BMI down to 25 and I'm only 9lbs away.

How do I find the right Consultant?

When you put in your postcode, you’ll see all the Consultants nearest you. Don’t worry if they’re not on your doorstep – lots of our Consultants are happy to come to you. Take a look at their profile and read what the dieters they have helped so far say – that should help you find someone on your wavelength. If you want to find out more before making an appointment, you can call, text or drop them an email.

How’s this different to other diet plans?

The 1:1 Diet is a lot more flexible than other weight-loss plans and it’s the ONLY one that gives you dedicated, one-to-one support from your own personal diet Consultant. That means your diet is designed for you, and only you. Together with your Consultant, you’ll work out an easy-to-follow eating plan that fits with your routine and gets you the results you want.
