Hi, I'm Richard!

AWARD WINNING CAMBRIDGE CONSULTANT MAINTAINER OF THE YEAR  2012

For over 15 years I persistently tried to lose weight; taking on various different diets and religiously going to the gym without success. I thought I was destined be overweight. At my heaviest I weighed in at 16 stone 8 pounds with a 36in waist, wearing a size 44 suit. I thought losing weight was unachievable and that i was destined to be overweight forever.

What I didn't realise was that it was the way I ate, and my calorie intake that was the major factor in me not losing any weight, exercising alone was not going to change that as you can not out exercise a bad diet! By chance I saw a friend who was once overweight and now looked absolutely stunning. I asked her how she did it as I wanted to lose weight as well and she introduced me to the Cambridge Weight Plan.

I achieved my target weight using the Cambridge Weight Plan, and I now feel healthier and look better than ever before.

My aim was to fit into a size 40 suit that I had bought Pre-diet and also to run on the beach with my top off without feeling self-conscious. I have achieved both goals and let me tell you it felt great!

So how can I help you? Well, this is how we're going to do it.
Doing the Cambridge Weight Plan with me will first let you understand the basics in the way you eat and what you eat.

Firstly, you will become a master in communication - communication with yourself - because what you say to yourself will either help or hinder your progress.

Secondly you're going to drop the stories - COMPLETELY - because it's those very same stories that have kept you from achieving your goal.   Last but not least, you're about to call a coach who truly knows what you want and will do everything in his power to help you get it. I have been slim 6 years now. My strong point is mainteinance. I am also available to do home visits

How do I find the right Consultant?

When you put in your postcode, you’ll see all the Consultants nearest you. Don’t worry if they’re not on your doorstep – lots of our Consultants are happy to come to you. Take a look at their profile and read what the dieters they have helped so far say – that should help you find someone on your wavelength. How’s this different to other diet plans?

The 1:1 Diet is a lot more flexible than other weight-loss plans and it’s the ONLY one that gives you dedicated, one-to-one support from your own personal diet Consultant. That means your diet is designed for you, and only you. Together with your Consultant, you’ll work out an easy-to-follow eating plan that fits with your routine and gets you the results you want.
