What some of my slimmers think about 1:1 diet

I first did the 1:1 diet with Rachel in April 2018, and she instantly welcomed me to the plan. She explained everything to me with confidence and passion and made me feel really excited for my journey. I had really good losses with Rachel being there for me it made it really easy to stay on plan and achieve all my goals. So far I have lost just close to 3 stone*, I couldn’t have done it without her and all her support! I have gained so much of my life back thanks to Rachel.

I’ve been doing 1:1 diet with Rachel since May. I say ‘with’ as I never feel like I’m on my own doing it, I feel like it’s me and Rachel doing it together, sharing the journey. Rachel never judges, is always supportive and is so positive. The bars and soups taste lovely, lemon bars are my absolute favorite, and they do fully replace a meal.
