The 1:1 Diet changed my life!

Over 15 years we have helped hundreds of people just like you to lose weight. and learn how to keep it off - that is so important.

I spent most of my working life teaching people about food, nutrition and diet - now I would love to help you.

A husband and wife team, we  both offer lots of support - no

pressure.  You choose who you feel most comfortable with.

We have done Advanced training and are members of an award-winning team. 

 What is most important to us is our clients and their weight loss. 

We offer flexible appointment times during the day, evenings, weekends to make it easier.

MY STORY

I went from a 'bonny baby' to  'puppy fat' and then never really lost the 'baby weight' after I had my 2 boys. I hated being overweight, struggled  and tried every diet  I could find from Cabbage Soup to High Protein, from supermarket finds to group meetings,without success until I found The 1:1 Diet by Cambridge Weight Plan. It was amazing - simple, easy and effective!  I couldnt believe how easily I dropped 3 sizes and I have kept it off for over 10 years. I feel better and my health has improved too.

You can do it  too and soon be the size you want!
