I spent most of my working life teaching about food, nutrition and diet and I  have 15 years experience as a 1:1 Diet Consultant helping people just like you. Now I would love to use this knowledge to help you to lose weight just like them.

We have done Advanced training and are members of an award-winning team. 

 What is most important to us is our clients and their weight loss. 

 

MY STORY

I went from a 'bonny baby' to  'puppy fat' and then never really lost the 'baby weight' after I had my 2 boys. I hated being overweight, struggled  and tried every diet  I could find from Cabbage Soup to High Protein, from supermarket finds to group meetings,without success until I found The 1:1 Diet by Cambridge Weight Plan. It was amazing - simple, easy and effective!  I couldnt believe how easily I dropped 3 sizes and I have kept it off for over 10 years. I feel better and my health has improved too.
