We care about our clients

It's time to make a new start with the 1:1 Diet because it really works. I've 15 years experience of helping people just  like you and I will support you all the way.

I've done this diet so I know it works and I will explain all the choices and ways to succeed.

We've been helping people  for over 15 years and really enjoy helping them succeed and reach their goals - you can do it too with our support and experience!

 I spent most of my working life teaching people about Food and Nutrition.  I now use that experience and knowledge to help my clients.

 A husband and wife team, we both offer advice. You  choose who you feel most comfortable with.

The before picture is me before I found The 1:1 Diet and dropped 3 sizes. I spent many, many years struggling with my weight. I started as a 'bonny baby' went to a chubby child and then 'puppy fat'. After I had my boys and kept the 'baby weight’, I tried every diet that I could find, from Cabbage Soup to Group Meetings, without success. Then I lost weight quickly and easily with the 1:1 Diet and I have kept it off for over 13 years.It changed my life completely - I feel and look better and my health has improved. I would love to help you do the same.

I hated being overweight  so I will understand how you feel when you come to me for help and will hold your hand your hand through your weight loss journey.
