Here’s abit about me
I have done loads of diets during my life and even lost weight on some of them! But I always put it back on again every time. Until I did the 1:1 Diet by Cambridge Weight Plan. My Consultant supported and encouraged me all the way and explained to me how the maintenance worked and how to keep the weight off long-term.
I was inspired to become a Consultant myself when I saw that the weight did stay off. Let me help you too. I am very flexible and will work evenings and weekends to try and fit in with your lifestyle and commitments.
