My passion for supporting clients resulted from the support I received as a client. Arthritis, combined with my weight, made life extremely difficult.  I needed non-judgemental support from someone who would understand me, and my Consultant did exactly that.  My 3 stone weight loss changed my life. 

Working my way through all the Steps Options taught me to accept the changes I needed to make for my successful maintenance.  My self-confidence returned, and I was able to control portion sizes by making sensible food choices. I am proud to have maintained my loss for 15 years.
