Summer is finally here after a few hiccups! The time of year where we shed a few layers of clothing and show our flesh off to the elements - maybe even have to put swimwear on so if you're fed up carrying extra pounds this may be the time to think about losing weight.

The 1:1 Diet (formerly Cambridge Weight Plan) is a brilliant way to lose weight; it’s tasty, safe, easy to follow and it works!  Once you have made that decision to lose weight - or are “in the zone”  as I call it, as long as you have the willpower you can succeed.  

I am a very experienced 1:1/CWP Consultant, having been one for over 15years.  I also followed the diet very successfully myself. I have helped many hundreds of people achieve their goal and seen the change it can make to their lives; not just from an image perspective but to their overall health and self esteem too.

I offer one to one appointments most days and times of the week (just not Saturday daytime), either in my home or yours. I'm happy to see more than one person at a time so why not bring a friend or partner and have that support? I am also now happy to offer Direct to Dieter whereby we can do remote appointments and the products will be sent directly to you from Head Office.

I can promise guaranteed support and advice, whenever you need it; i've been on this journey myself and lost 2.5 stone in two months. I've helped many others lose much more weight and have even bigger losses.

Brilliant super friendly consultant

Deborah was amazingly supportive throughout the whole time I was on the plan. I could contact her any time of the day and she would either answer straight away or could back within a short space of time.  The visits to my home were a great help, sometimes I couldn't make it to her home and she was more than happy to come to me.  I have successfully managed to keep the weight off but I know that if I needed to lose a few pounds at any time Deborah would be my first port of call.
