I dropped from a size 24 to a fantastic size 10 in a short space of time. WOW! What an amazing feeling. It’s now over 13 years down the road I am still maintaining my goal weight, I now take pride in helping others achieve the same!

I was a semi-finalist for CWP Maintainer of the Year 2009. Maintaining my new weight with food by applying the principles that I learnt through stepping up the programmes.
