Me: I have been a Consultant for 15 years. I spent 20 years as a long distance truck driver and then in a transport office. As you can probably imagine spending all this time sitting down, I desperately needed to lose weight. That was the start of this amazing journey from dieter to consultant. I have two children, now aged 12 and 8, so I also love that I can balance my life supporting you and looking after them too!
