Hi, I’m Debbie! I've been a consultant for over 15 years and I loved every second of it!  I have helped and guided 100s of wonderful slimmers over the years change their lives by changing the choices they make when it comes to food!

I will work around your needs and your availability to make sure there are no excuses or reasons why you can't succeed!!   This is a bespoke plan, created just for you!

  • Free weekly weigh-ins and consultations via video call or in person 
  • Delivery of your products (up to 4 weeks’ worth) to your door or collection from me at a time convenient for you
  • Full stock of all our delicious products
  • Continued personal support via messages, social media or calls any time between appointments   

When you're ready to take the step, I will be here for you with a plan that is personalised to you to make it as easy as possible.   There is never a right time, but all you need to do is take the first step to give me a call and together we will work out the rest!!

I am based in Whiteley, Hampshire and cover all local areas for face to face appointments.  Also due to changes during lockdown I am now able to support you via video calls wherever you are in the UK

I myself lost nearly 3 stone* over 15 years ago with this amazing plan after having twins and I have mostly maintained ever since!

As a mum of 3, I know the ups and downs of family life, and all the stresses and “excuses” that come with it.   Us mums quite often put ourselves at the bottom of the list or priorites, well now is the time to prioritise YOU!! 

I'm also now at that stage of life where the little hormone monsters are causing havoc and making weight loss more than difficult!  Menopause and all its side effects are tough, but with this plan, the weight loss side of things can be made easier.... I promise!
