Hi, I'm Sally, your local Consultant for The 1:1 Diet by Cambridge Weight Plan and over 16 years ago I was like you - ready to take the first steps towards a new me.

Six months and six and a half stone* later I was learning how to keep the new me. Everyone's journey is different but one thing is the same for everyone if you stick to the plan you can change your life and yourself for the better in a relatively short time.

Just like you, I've struggled with my weight, trying every diet, failing or giving up because it took so long to get results. Then putting the weight and more back on. I tried The 1:1 Diet by Cambridge Weight Plan and it changed my life because it WORKED. I got great results, quickly and healthily. It's easy to do and once you've lost the weight and go up through the steps it's easy to maintain. That was over 14 years ago and since then as a dedicated full time consultant, who has successfully completed advanced nutrition and medical traing, I've helped hundreds of people to achieve their dream of being slim and healthy too..

There's a 1:1 Diet by Cambridge Weight Plan programme to suit everyone, it doesn't have to be Sole Source you can choose to include food if that suits your lifestyle better.
