I contacted Cambridge Weight Plan consultant Yasmin, and arranged an appointment. Yasmin was an inspiration to me and made me feel that weight loss was achievable and that I could do this. The first week was hard however, but with on going support and encouragement from Yasmin I stuck to the plan and the weight soon started dropping off.
