We are very proud to have been recognised by the company with an Award for Customer Service because we know how important it is for you to get the support you need when you need it most. For over 16 years we have been helping people to regain control of their weight.

Can you imagine yourself at your goal weight? With The 1:1 Diet by Cambridge Weight Plan this is more than possible! We offer lots of help along the way tailored to suit you individually, by your choice of either text, phone, email and social media. Our weekly one to one appointments are relaxed, friendly and motivating and will give you the enthusiasm for the week ahead. If you prefer bi-weekly or even monthly appointments, thats ok too and you can be assured of any support you need in between. We also have an optional "secret" Facebook support group, dedicated specifically for our clients, for daily inspiration and motivation as well as a support network via whatsapp.

I offer a Monday evening 'pop in' between 5 and 7pm and flexible appointments from 7am to 9pm on Tuesdays from our home near West Byfleet, virtual appointments via zoom or facetime, delivery of products or collection available.

We offer card payment facilities and stock the full range of 1:1 products.
