Having gone down the road of counting points, cutting back, eating different foods on different days and even living on cabbage soup! I was thrilled to discover Clambridge Weight Plan 15 years ago. Nothing succeeded in the long term like Cambridge Weight Plan.

Having now helped hundreds of clients over the years lose anything from 10lbs to 10 stone I feel well placed to help you too - and have some fun along the way too.

I am proud to be recognised by 1:1 diet by Cambridge Weight Plan for my achievements over the years, especially the Above and Beyond award only given to half a dozen Consultants from a nationwide team of over 6000. Above and Beyond is given solely on the basis of client feedback.

I regularly attend specialist training courses run by the1:1 diet and outside bodies to ensure my expertise is as up to date as it can be to help you achieve your goals.

Being a Consultant isn't just about being a supplier of weight loss products, it's about supporting and motivating you using all resources available to me both during weight loss and just as importantly during long term weight maintenance which comes free of charge

I also look after a very dedicated team of Consultants who have all lost weight with me. We cover Bath, North and West Wiltshire - so if I am unable to meet your needs personally I will endeavour to match you up with one of them. Throughout the team we offer one to one support .

From the moment i signed up to the plan I found Jackie extremely helpful and supportive. I started the plan as a type 2 diabetic and being a man meant I was unsure if this way of losing weight would work for me. However, knowing I had someone to go to for advice and seeing the weight reduce so quickly kept me going. I am now in remission from type 2.
