Hi, I'm Debs, your local Diamond Champion Consultant with an award winning team across the Country. 

Consultations are mostly by phone/zoom and delivery arranged as I've found many clients prefer that. If you prefer in person and are local to me in Carlisle you are welcome to visit my home office just off the M6.   - whatever works best for you!  Ongoing support at whatever level you need - if you like to just get on with it, or if you prefer a weekly catch up and daily messages - we will agree what will work for YOU. We will always have as minimum a monthly catch up in person or video, and I am available via whatsapp when you need me. 

For over 17 years I have helped slimmers to consistently achieve results, and make a glance in the mirror the highlight of the day. 

Friendly yet firm, I know the ins and outs of dieting and maintenance, fitting everything in with everyday life and working days, kids and study! I also know how it feels when life throws you a curveball and you lose your way.  I know the fear of failure and stalling. But we are always learning and making small changes can make a huge difference.  I've a huge toolbox of tricks and tips to ensure its personal to YOU.  Lets chat and see which step will work best for your life.
