Having been successful in my own weight loss journey, using Cambridge Weight Plan programmes, I wanted to pass on my enthusiasm to other would be dieters, so became a Consultant myself!

18 years and many clients later, I still have that drive and passion to help others to lose weight, reach their own individual goals and make those lifestyle changes really count.

It's not just about losing the weight, it's about the life you gain. Focusing on changing your eating habits and understanding food, in order to maintain your new weight and ultimately leading to a healthier lifestyle.
