Coconut Jelly Sweets
For a sweet tooth, why not try making some jellies.
Mix up half a teaspoon (or more if you wish) of water flavouring and 300ml warm water
Add four teaspoons, or 20g, of Mix-a-Mousse*
Blend using a blender or electric hand whisk, then leave for about 5-10 minutes to settle
Carefully remove the bubbles from the top, leaving just the jelly mixture
Pour really slowly into your moulds
Chill until set, then tuck in!
*Recipe not suitable for vegetarians
Coconut Mojito Mocktail
For a refreshing mocktail just add:
Fizzy spring water
Slices of lime and mint
You could even try mixing a little Coconut Water Flavouring with a little Pineapple Water Flavouring, Vanilla Shake MRP and some crushed ice for a Pina Colada twist!
Why not try freezing your water flavouring to make some refreshing lollies. Just make up your water flavouring, pour into lolly moulds and freeze. You could always try adding some fruit to the moulds too, depending what Step you’re on.
For that extra chill factor, why not make a slushie. It’s super simple; just make up your water flavouring, pour yourself a glass and add a load of crushed ice and garnish. Don’t worry if you don’t have a slushie maker, just wrap some ice up in a tea towel and give it a good bash with a rolling pin!
