Quick and easy Lemon and Lime Cheesecake recipe

Wow, have we got a treat for you today! Yes dear reader, do not adjust your screen, you did read that correctly: The 1:1 Diet lemon and lime cheesecake. Suitable on all steps. This is one of our favourite product hacks ever, it’s delicious, feels super indulgent and is so simple to make, and requires no-bake!

Directions for our healthy lemon and lime cheesecake:

  1. Crumble your half of your Lemon Flavoured Yoghurt Bar into the bottom of a glass
  2. Make up your Vanilla shake with your water and mix-a-mousse and add half a teaspoon of Lemon and Lime Water flavouring (for best results we recommend using a hand blender!)
  3. Pour your Vanilla mousse mix over your crumbled lemon bar
  4. Set in the fridge for 10 minutes
  5. Enjoy!
