Calling all coffee lovers! We’ve come up with this super simple Tiramisu-style product hack using the new Mocha Bar MRP. 

Ingredients

The 1:1 Diet Mocha Bar MRP
The 1:1 Diet Vanilla Shake MRP
The 1:1 Diet Mix-a-Mousse
Cocoa powder

Each serving: 215kcals

Method:

  1. Make up a shot of coffee with 50ml boiling water, leave to one side
  2. Cut up half your Mocha Bar into tiny pieces
  3. Put the pieces of Mocha Bar and coffee into a small bowl and give a little mix
  4. Make up half your Vanilla Shake and Mix-a-Mousse as per packet instructions
  5. Get your ramekin or small bowl, use half of the Mocha mix and squash down into the bottom
  6. Using half of the Vanilla Shake and Mix-a-Mousse mix, pour a layer on top of the Mocha Bar
  7. Repeat
  8. Sprinkle with a light dusting of cocoa powder
  9. Set in fridge for 15 minutes aaaaaaaand voila!
