One of the worst moments of my life was a DJ calling me fat and telling me to get off the stage through his microphone in front of a whole nightclub. The entire place started laughing at me and I ran home.
“I have struggled with depression and anxiety for most of my life. Feeling so insecure caused me to have panic attacks before leaving my flat and I felt like I couldn’t breathe.
“I was signed off work for three months with depression and anxiety, so the last thing on my mind was going to the gym. I started to gain weight again after I was signed off and, before I knew it, I had put on five stone and was the biggest I had ever been.

“To date, I have lost more than seven stone, I no longer turn to food when I feel down and I am no longer taking anti-depressants.
“The 1:1 Diet has not only allowed me to become a better version of myself in so many ways, I’ve learnt so much about food in general and how to maintain a healthy weight. I never in a million years thought I would make it to this point and I am so thankful. It’s the best decision I have ever made and it has truly saved my life.”
