Summer can really disrupt a healthy lifestyle. There are so many temptations; from joining the kids in their school holiday treats, over-indulging on holiday or simply enjoying drinks with friends.
So, it’s unsurprising that more than half of those polled (56%) confirmed they wanted to start a new health regime now, compared only 25% who said they intend to diet this January.
A further 23% went on to say they do not like dieting in January as there is now too much pressure to lose weight then, and the gyms are often too busy.
With this in mind, we have officially registered September 9th as ‘Back to You’ Day, the first Monday when school holidays are over across the UK and the nine to five routine can truly return. There’s no better time to focus on yourself.
