From “Errrghh” to Empowered: Chan’s Life-Changing 1:1 Diet Journey

Life Before The 1:1 Diet

After having her third child, Poppy, in 2021, life became hectic. Between lockdown, homeschooling, moving house, broken sleep, and managing back pain, Chan turned to sweets and takeaways for comfort. Her weight reached 17st 13lbs.

By August 2023, she had already lost nearly three stone before heading on a family holiday. By June 2024, she had smashed her target weight:

  • From 17st 13lbs to 11st 5lbs

  • From size 22 to size 10

  • A total of 6st 8lbs lost

“Now I feel like a new person. I enjoy exercising, I know how to fuel my body, and I’ve left the old habits behind. I’m not just slimmer, I’m fitter and healthier too.”

Her transformation was so inspiring that in October 2023, she trained to become a 1:1 Diet Consultant herself.
