Like you, I came to the 1:1 Diet website looking for help to lose weight and I'm so glad I did. I've lost over 10 stone and it's changed my life! 

After having my second child in my early 30's, I started to think more about my health and the impact my weight would have on family life. I'd tried countless diets before, you name the diet and I'd tried it. They all worked for a short amount of time, but I would just go back to my old habits. I loved socialising, dining out, takeaways, drinking and partying too much - over the years it had taken its toll. Something had to change, so I decided to give the 1:1 diet a go.

I enjoyed the products and after a few weeks on plan I had some serious losses - nearly 2 stone in the first 4 weeks! Seeing the weight coming off so quickly really motivated me to stick with it. After a couple of months I was already looking dramatically different and family & friends started to notice and pay me compliments. The more weight I lost, the more energy and confidence I gained. 

Fast forward to now, over 10 stone down and I'm like a whole new person. I've managed to maintain that weight loss for over 6 years - even through lockdown when most people gained weight.
