I have been where you are today, and I can completely relate to how you are feeling about taking this big step towards changing your life.

I struggled with my weight for a very long time, and I had tried so many diets over the years, but unfortunately nothing seemed to really work for me. That was until I discovered The 1:1 Diet - losing 6 stone* and dropping five dress sizes in 8 months!

I never imagined I could actually be that person who achieved such a huge weight loss and changed their life forever. I fell in love with the plan itself and the products (especially the chocolate ones!) and it has shown me that anyone really can achieve the weight loss they dream about - no goal is impossible! 

I expected my appearance to change but I didn't expect the huge change losing weight would have on the inside as well. I have so much more confidence and finally feel truly happy with who I am.

As a Consultant, I offer a friendly and caring service with zero judgement. I truly believe the most important thing is your own happiness & being comfortable in your own skin.

I would provide you with one to one support, motivation and advice throughout your weight loss journey. I also offer an after care service so support is always there for you after you reach your target and are maintaining your goal weight.

I offer free initial consultations so you can learn more about The 1:1 Diet, and free weekly weigh-in appointments, so you are only ever paying for your products.

Appointments are available weekdays, evenings and weekends from both my home office in Lancing and remotely. As a Mum myself I understand how hard childcare can be to find, so children are more than welcome to attend your appointments with you. I also have some limited availability for mobile appointments if preferred.

I am always available out of hours for extra support and regular contact in between appointments. I can be contacted via phone, email, SMS, Facebook or Whatsapp.
